“I stayed at Hedgehog Hill for a couple of nights in October. The accommodation is very close to the Lake and the town. Both are very beautiful and the view of the hills beyond was lovely from our room. Proprietors are wonderfully friendly and ready with advice about the area. Room was spotless with very large comfy bed and pristine en-suite. The full English breakfast was just right with perfectly poached eggs and Chris, who looked after us all at breakfast, was so friendly attentive. Just a perfect stay and I highly recommend. We’ll certainly be staying again.”

“Great B&B
We stayed for two night and everything was great. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Hosts are friendly and very accommodating.
Great location, 2 minute walk into town.”

"1st Class... This was our third visit to Hedgehog Hill after Chris and Liz took it over about three years ago and completely refurbished and redecorated the whole of the accommodation. We were delighted on our arrival to be told that the new room in the attic was now finished and we were its first guests. It's absolutely lovely, so spacious, light and airy, with fabulous views of Catbells, Skiddaw and Lattrigg. We have nicknamed it "the penthouse suite." So much care has been taken with the decor and colour schemes, in the main area and in each of the bedrooms we have occupied. It's always a pleasure to stay there and now we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on our annual visits to Keswick.

The breakfasts are all quality products, cooked beautifully, and Chris and Liz are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make you feel at home. "
